My name is Meagan Baird. I moved with my partner and our pup to Vancouver in May 2019 from Austin, TX (about 6 months before we were hit by this pandemic). Although the pandemic destroyed one of my passions (travel and event management) it allowed me to focus on my passion for real estate. I’m going to let you in on a secret… I have severe school anxiety. So much so that I ignored my passion and desire to be in real estate for at least 12 years. Well, enter a pandemic and no travel or events equaled plenty of time to study and freak out and study some more. Suffice it to say, I passed (and on my first attempt as well) and now I get to have my job be something I never thought was possible!
